They called me an hour before they arrived to let me know when they would be turning up, which was extremely useful as I had a few different things to organise today and so a nebulous timeframe would have made it more difficult, and when they arrived they were very polite and friendly, and even waited for me to deal with a student who had turned up to the school mistakenly during the easter break. They were very quick and efficient in installing the screen and thorough in testing out the screen, including making sure the wifi module was installed correctly and testing out the IO ports thoroughly.
